Instruction Regarding Result and Offer Letters of Community Health Officers for January 2020 Session

You can access your results by entering your application id (mentioned on the admit card)
and date of birth.

There will be three remarks in the result:

Shortlisted Candidate: Candidates eligible for appointment for the shortlisted position, after
successful document verification by District officials.

Waitlist Candidate: If any position gets vacated due to not-joining of the shortlisted candidate
or any additional vacancies arising. Candidates from the waitlist shall be utilized to fill the additional or backlog vacancies, in alignment with the state reservation policy. In this case, also candidates have to be successful during Document Verification by District Officials.

Not Shortlisted: Marks obtained by candidate less than waitlisted candidates, but above the cut off marks;

Failed: Candidates obtained marks less than cut off marks.

Cut off Marks: 33% for Un-Reserved categories (2) 30% for OBC (3) 24% for SC, ST

(1) Candidates who will fall in the category of “Shortlisted” shall be eligible to download their
respective offer letters. The password of the offer letter is your registered mobile number.

(2) Waitlist: 1: 5 (Against single vacancies five candidates shall be kept as waitlisted)

Release of Offer Letter:

Offer letters to the eligible candidates will be released tentatively after 20.01.2020. The training of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) of Jan-2020 Session under NHM, UP will start from the 1st week of April-2020.

Document Verification Process: Document Verification Process for Shortlisted Candidates
by Concerned Chief Medical Officer at District.

The candidature of shortlisted candidates who do not possess requisite credentials/ documents/ experience as per the ToR required in the advertisement will be treated as cancelled for selection.

Allotment of Programme Study Center/Joining Process:

After successful completion of the Document Verification Process, candidates will be directed to report to concerned Program Study center.
